山东日发纺织机械有限公司是由浙江日发纺织机械有限公司控股、聊城市昌润投资发展有限责任公司和部分员工共同出资组建的具有独立法人的有限责任公司。公司拥有自营进出口权,通过了ISO9001：2000 质量管理体系认证，是“山东省高新技术企业”。企业技术中心为“山东省剑杆织机工程技术研究中心”。
公司是我国无梭织机的主要生产、研发基地，致力于批量生产具有国际水准的各类无梭织机，主要产品为RFRL30及GA731-II系列剑杆织机、HST50及CR-M-2000系列毛巾织机、RFJA10系列喷气织机。公司是国内最早生产无梭织机的厂家之一，有近二十年专业生产高档无梭织机的历史，已有万余台织机销往欧州、亚洲、非洲等十几个国家及全国20多个省市区。目前已形成棉织机、精纺毛织机、粗纺毛呢织机、亚麻、苎麻、黄麻织机、牛仔布专用织机、丝织机、毛巾织机、提花织机、商标织机、宽幅装饰布织机、工业用布及滤布织机、特殊网布织机等20多个系列，多数填补了国内织造行业的空白。

Shandong Rifa Textile Machinery Co., Ltd is controlled and founded by Zhejiang Rifa Textile Machinery Co., Ltd, Liaocheng Cheng Changrun Investment Development Co., Ltd. The company has got ISO9001:2000 Quality System Certificate; it is Shandong Province High-technology Enterprise and the Investigation & Research Center is Shandong Province Rapier Loom Engineering Technology Investigation Center.
The company is the main base of shuttleless loom manufacture and investigation; the company is devoting itself into manufacturing all kinds of shuttleless looms with international level. Main products are RFRL30 and GA731 series rapier looms, HST50 and CR-M-2000 series terry looms, RFJA10 series air jet looms. The company is one of the earliest manufacturers for rapier looms in China, has more than 20-year professional experience of manufacturing rapier looms, more than ten thousand looms were sold more in Europe, Asia, Africa. At present the machines we manufacture includes cotton loom, worsted loom, slub wool loom, linen loom, ramie loom, jute loom, denim loom, silk loom, terry loom, jacquard loom, label loom, wide width upholster fabric loom, industrial & percolation fabric loom, special net fabric loom, etc.
